SME Assistance Group are leaders in performance based industrial relations specialising in the small and medium business sector. Formed in January 2006 SME Assistance Group has grown to provide industrial relations services to over 200 businesses, mostly in the South East Queensland region. The Company’s aim is to be the first point of call for ALL small and medium businesses in the Logan/Ipswich and Scenic rim localities. Our focus is to assist business owners and managers to know and understand their rights. SME Assistance Group’s philosophy about industrial relations is that it requires a systematic approach. Consistency, equity and compliance are key aspects that SME Assistance Group work to instill in the businesses of new clients and actively maintains with existing clients. SME Assistance Group would love to see small and medium business owners become comfortable with managing industrial relations at their workplace – not in fear of it.
